Greg Wallace
Board Member
Greg Wallace is a Board Member and has served in diverse leadership roles in the energy and financial industries for more than 35 years. Currently, he is Senior Vice President for MapleMark Bank, where he is involved in the bank’s U.S. government and SBA economic stimulus programs related to the global pandemic while also advising the bank on energy industry transactions. Greg served as a board member for MapleMark Bank’s predecessor, F&M Bank and Trust of Tulsa.
In 2019 Greg sold Lakewood Midstream LLC, a company he cofounded in 2013. Greg co-founded SemGroup, L.P. in 2000. Forbes ranked the energy business as the fifth largest privately held company in the United States with $20 billion in revenues, $4.5 billion in assets, and 2,200 employees worldwide. During Wallace’s tenure, he was responsible for 46 acquisitions totaling $1 billion and was SemGroup director, vice president, chief financial officer, and secretary until July 2008.
Greg holds an M.S. in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and earned his B.S of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma. After earning his degrees, Greg worked for Parker Drilling Company in Algeria, followed by his work as the CFO of Integrated Drilling and Exploration Company and Anchor Drilling Fluids from 1982 to 1999.
